About us
AI for Normal People is a brand of Luxe Brand Studio, operated by Kim McCombs, a sole proprietor based in Kansas (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Educational use only
Our content is general information and education. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, cybersecurity, employment, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional familiar with your circumstances.
Artificial-intelligence products change quickly and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or fabricated information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, checking sources, and deciding whether a suggestion is appropriate. See our Disclaimer.
Permitted use
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the site and use free resources for personal or internal business use. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create competing materials from substantial portions of our content without written permission.
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
- Use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; burden the site through scraping; or attempt unauthorized access.
- Misrepresent our content as your own or imply our endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without permission.
You may share an ordinary link to a public page. Applicable law may permit brief quotation with appropriate attribution.
Ownership
The site and its original text, downloads, graphics, design, branding, organization, and other materials are owned by Kim McCombs or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Luxe Brand Studio” and “AI for Normal People” are trade names or marks used by Kim McCombs. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Third-party products and links
We may discuss or link to third-party tools, websites, and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, or performance. References to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini, or other products do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
If we receive compensation, a free product, an affiliate commission, or another material benefit connected to a recommendation, we will disclose it clearly near that recommendation.
Your communications
You retain ownership of original content you send us. You give us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, operate the site, protect our rights, and comply with law. Do not send confidential, infringing, unlawful, or sensitive material through general website forms.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all free content and resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that an AI tool or suggestion will produce a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kim McCombs, Luxe Brand Studio, AI for Normal People, and their personnel, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses arising from reliance on site content or third-party tools. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes and availability
We may modify or discontinue content or features and may update these terms. Updated terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown above. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Kansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kansas, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
