Who operates this site
AI for Normal People is a brand of Luxe Brand Studio, operated by Kim McCombs, a sole proprietor based in Kansas (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website, our contact form, downloadable resources, and email communications.

- Information you provide: your name, email address, message, subject, signup choices, and anything else you voluntarily send.
- Email information: subscription status and engagement information, such as delivery, opens, and link interactions, when made available by our email provider.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, requested pages, security events, and similar logs.
- Cookie and similar-technology information: information used by service providers to operate forms, remember choices, prevent abuse, deliver content, and measure email performance.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government identification numbers, confidential client information, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
How we use information
- Respond to messages and provide requested resources.
- Send emails you requested, including related educational or promotional messages when disclosed at signup.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and communications.
- Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain records, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, performance of a requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate.
When we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate. These currently include Netlify for website hosting and contact-form processing and Kit for signup forms, email delivery, and subscriber management. Browsers may also connect to infrastructure providers when loading site resources.
We may disclose information to professional advisers; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a financing, sale, or transfer of some or all of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
Cookies and privacy choices
We do not currently configure analytics or advertising cookies. Our embedded email form and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide their features, prevent abuse, or measure email activity. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although forms or features may stop working. If we add nonessential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.
Email choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. We may retain limited information on a suppression list so we can honor that request. We may still send messages responding to an inquiry or delivering something you requested.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business and legal records, disputes, agreements, and unsubscribe requests. Retention varies based on the information, our relationship, provider settings, and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a denied request. Submit a request through our contact page. We may verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
International visitors
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. For privacy questions or requests, contact Kim McCombs through our contact page.
